About The Role
We are looking for creative UX designer with a solid portfolio of digital design products. Here, at Hanzo, we have crafted a reputation for providing high-quality design that cherishes the tiniest of details so we want the new members of the family to be as maniac as we are.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience as a UX designer.
Solid UX capabilities to easily understand, handle and produce information architecture, wireframes, and user journeys.
Being able to plan and execute research activities such as user interviews, benchmarks, heuristic analysis, user tests amongst others, as well as understand and analyze the results.
Being able to understand functional documents and translate them into UX action points.
Test concepts and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients.
Understand the ecosystem of a diverse portfolio of projects that spread across UX, Visual Design, Content & Technology.
Get involved in understanding how tech teams work and how we can all contribute and benefit from their efforts.
Confident presentation and storytelling abilities.
Being able to manage your time independently, proactively prepared for meetings and presentations.
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
Business-level knowledge of English and Spanish.
