Subscription models are designed to be a convenient alternative to leasing; in a subscription model, customers pay an “all-in” monthly fee including vehicle access, insurance, maintenance, servicing and potentially roadside assistance, with fuel as the only expense that the customer has to take care about.

Starting in Spain, Astara Move is going to expand its business throughout Europe and LatAm. As a marketplace or SaaS model, the opportunities for ideation and growth are limitless.

2. Your role – How are you going to help us?
We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer willing to be part of a growing product team.

3. What do we expect from you?
– The primary responsibilities and skills for this role, are:
– That analyzing before designing is your forte.
– Design the new look and feel of our new subscriptions store.
– Be the advocate for delightful design: create style guides, interfaces, and production assets for mobile and web products, marketing, etc.
– Be the brand & design system ambassador inside the team and the company.
– Take care of the implementation of your designs.
– Work as part of a cross-functional team of designers and engineers in complex digital products.
– Build and contribute positively to a collaborative, innovative culture in Product Design.
– Play, discover, learn and share with the rest of the team.
– We are expanding internationally, so a good English level is a must. Although, we can provide English lessons to improve your skills.

4. Get to know your life @ Astara Move

Your first day
We will welcome you to the company and introduce you to all your teammates. We will provide you with our welcome pack and working tools (MacBook pro, several notebooks and other company’s swag) and will give you access to our communication channels.

Your first month
You will get familiar with the product and its processes, and you will get to know all the teams involved. From minute one you will be on board, so you can start giving your feedback and ideas as soon as you feel comfortable. We love fresh ideas and feedback. You will get to know our current brands but also the previous ones to understand its evolution and start looking to the future of them.

Your first three months
You will be all set up, leading the visual design of our product and taking care of the precise implementation in our website and apps.

Our team – Who are you going to work with?
In Astara Move we are currently +30 people, with part of the team set in Madrid, Spain. We are a remote-friendly company, so you are welcome to work from home or from wherever you prefer.
You will be a member of the Astara Move team and report to the Product Design Lead.

– Front-end code is not completely unknown to you.
– You are fluent in Google Analytics or similar tools.
