We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with a solid technical background and leadership skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment primarily using the latest front-end development practices. The ideal candidate for Senior Frontend Engineer is someone that has experience managing a team of Frontend Engineers and up-skilling them while building high-end web applications.

Responsibilities

Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members
Oversee other frontend engineers, skill them up and evaluate their performance
Ensure design and architecture is extensible across multiple projects and conduct technical-design reviews
Drive strategic code sharing and architecture for one or more functional area
Run functionality testings and debug code
Help maintain code quality, organization, documentation and automation
Stay current with the latest development best practices and share your findings with the team
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Work on an Agile team to develop, test, deploy, and maintain, while collaborating with team members on product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective.

Skills Required:

Programming skills in JavaScript/Typescript
Solid understanding of React JS
Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux
Understanding of security best practices
Experience with testing and debugging
Team management skills
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Solid understanding of UI/UX concepts
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree in, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
