We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to drive the business development strategy for RAXO.

This role helps to develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners, with a portion of their time dedicated to prospecting and increasing the sales pipeline. This person oversees business development initiatives to guide them from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase.

The ideal person is able to identify a client’s business needs and work with both the client and RAXO cross-disciplinary teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions that generate measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end pitch process, including assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients, and creating written RFP responses.
  • Maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective agencies.
  • Serve as a mentor to our existing team members in this field. Expand contacts with key client executives and maintain strong post-engagement relationships introducing new opportunities accordingly.
  • Outreach and management to attract new potential clients and retouch on past relationships. Bring ideas and use RAXO initiatives to seek new clients and partnerships.
  • Participate in strategic development of new business via decks, social media, emails, networking events, etc.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.

 

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proven track record to grow new business Ability to create strong relationships with intermediaries
  • Seasoned in a client services organization, preferably on accounts within an agency or top tier consulting firms.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment is a must
  • Proven ability to manage and set client expectations
  • Deep understanding and awareness of aligning consumer goals and business goals
  • Proven track record of satisfied medium and large scale clients
  • Strong work ethic and results-driven mentality
  • We are looking for someone with a go getter attitude, where organization, process and structure are key to your success.
