Reserve believes having access to stable money is a human right. Hundreds of millions around the world don’t have it. They struggle with inflationary currencies that prevent them from building basic economic security. Financial stability is out of reach for their families and communities.

The Reserve app & currency changes that. Tens of thousands have already switched to Reserve as their family’s primary banking app.

But we’re not a bank. Reserve is a new way money is stored & moved. This translates to new savings & spending experiences that requires first of their kind user experience & technical innovation.

We need your leadership and talents for Reserve to reach its first million and beyond.

On your day to day you will

  • Design of experience maps/journeys and customer-focused process maps.
  • Process management and optimization (oriented to internal and external customers).
  • Management of tools and platforms for customer service management.
  • Analyze the internal processes of the organization that are related to the user experience to seek optimizations oriented to the desired experience. Focus on time reduction and attention to pain points.
  • Manage the configuration of the customer service platform or other customer service software to introduce changes in the experience, and requirements of the area or other departments, and facilitate the integration of the platform with other management tools used by the company. Focus on technical support for internal customers and optimization for external customers.
  • Respond to tickets from the customer support team regarding process updates.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administrator, social communication, economic sciences, social sciences or industrial engineering.
  • Specialization/diplomas/master’s degree in Customer experience or Customer service is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in CX, CS, and developing processes.
  • Knowledge of customer service software (intercom).
  • Knowledge of Zappier is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Figjam or Miro.
  • English proficiency / Spanish native.


  • Location: Anywhere in LATAM, but expect to be online for a decent part of the US workday.
  • Compensation: We offer a USD base salary plus tokens.
  • Stability: We have a large cash treasury, so can offer high job security.
  • Purpose: Reserve helps people beat hyperinflation, and aims to eradicate it entirely.
