Job description:

We are looking for an English-speaking digital product designer to support the sales team of one of our clients who works with top Advertising Brands in the EMEA Market to develop creative marketing activations.

A successful candidate will have a background in digital art direction (UI) with a passion & talent for developing deeply crafted creative storytelling mediums, inventing or re-inventing user experiences (UX), and be an exceptional communicator and collaborator.

You will always champion user experience, product consistency and design excellence focused on the digital advertising model.

You’ve got a proven ability to package ideas that are inspiring, clear, and compelling; but you’re not satisfied with that alone. You’ve got a hunger to ideate with other disciplines to craft new ways to make existing ideas or narratives visually come alive, or brainstorm new solutions.

Not only are you experienced with visualizing and working with data to showcase an idea, you’re excited by it, and have a knack for simplifying information into human stories that resonate.

What will you do:

Design inspiring, elegant, and cohesive pitch materials delivered to top brands across Europe to support the work of the sales team in different EMEA markets.

You will lead responses to briefs from these top brands. You will have to create and deliver pitch materials (Keynote Decks) to show the client how a digital marketing activation works or explain the idea you want to sell on a social network or a digital environment.

You’ll balance a rigorous user-centric perspective with the ability to make a branded document gathering the idea, the user experience, the digital formats mockups, the objective, data to support the activation and the KPI’s involved.

You will follow brand manuals and mandatory guidelines of several top brands.

Requirements:

– A degree in design, product design, advertising or equivalent job qualifications.
– 5-10 years experience in a fast-paced and dynamic digital design environment.
– Passion for great design.
– Experience working with a sales team or account managers, and collaborating effectively
with engineering managers, product and digital marketing leaders.
– Experience with dashboard design and business UX.
– Deep understanding of digital user experiences and how to collaborate with creative and technical experts to bring them to life.
– Strong portfolio.
– Experience directing both the visual and interaction design of projects, across both web and mobile platforms.
– Hability to create, sometimes, copywriting in English
– Excellent knowledge of visual design and visual theory (i.e., composition, color theory, typography, etc.), a sharp eye for layout design, and a strong affinity for the latest design trends and new media.
– Knowledge of Digital Marketing: SEO, main KPI’s and advertising digital Formats.
– Experience working with data visualization.
– Experience managing multiple design delivery projects.
– Experience working with stock images.
– Experience working in branding and strategy.
– Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
– Experience working in a collaborative advertising environment.
– Heavy user of Twitter and Instagram.
