We work together to decide what actions have to be taken in order to it continuing being maintainable, readable, and scalable. We are looking for a profile that will act as the voice of our brand across our social media channels and manage all community communication.

+Apply the Social Media Strategy and guidelines and prepare a social content plan to be launched
+Coordinate and publish the management of the content
+Actively engage with the community on all of our social media channels (in Portuguese)
+Identify and bring to life new opportunities on a daily basis to drive deeper engagement within the community.
+Monitor and stay up to date on what is happening within the community.
+Leverage existing processes to escalate conversations if and when necessary.
+Create reports on a monthly basis by defining KPIs, set targets to ensure the health of the community.

What you need:
-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
-Advanced level of Portuguese with excellent written communication skills (Good writing skills and impeccable spelling)
-English and/or Spanish good communication spoken and written level for the internal communication team.
-Knowledge of the Portuguese young culture
-Experience using social media on a daily basis on behalf of a company
-Proven ability to grow an online community. You must have demonstrable experience creating and growing an -online community in the past and be able to point to specific experiences where you have improved your product using feedback from customers.
-Fluent in, and passionate about, online communities such as Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube
-A highly organized multi-tasker who can quickly adapt to the nuances of different mediums and the voice and tone of our brand.

Useful information
+Duration: 3 months
+Working availability: 20 hours weekly
+Timetable: Flexible (11 to 5 are highly recommended shared hours)
+Work place: From home
+Salary: TBD depending on experience.
+Incorporation date: 5th of September
