We are looking for a Community Manager & Content Creator to manage 7 different accounts and companies, mainly in the US, you will work with several industries such as maintenance, HOA Management, accounting, staffing, and CEO personal accounts, with the following activities:

Content Creator:

  • Research industry-related topics to determine the content that needs to be created or localized based on the audience and market needs because this position will make content for different areas in the US (Nebraska, California, Chicago, etc.)
  • Incorporate the views of the company’s director in the posts.
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (FB, LinkedIn, IG, Pinterest, Twitter)
  • Update our websites as needed (WordPress)

Community manager:

  • Provide engaging text (including articles, blogs, helpful posts/tips, business quotes, copy-out, etc.), images, memes, and content for all social media, companies, and professional accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Set, plan, and implement social media and communication strategies.
  • It is expected to develop campaigns and respond to comments and customer queries on time in the future.


Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 CST

After the 3-month probation contract, we add:

  • MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or any related course.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, content writing, and creating visuals.
  • Understand SEO and web traffic metrics.
