Requirements
-95% to near american (or British) accent
-Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business/Finance and at least 3 years in similar roles a must
-Licenciatura or Master´s desired.
-Experience with financial projections.
-Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English as this position requires interfacing verbally with the Clients.
-Fast thinker
-Proven ability to solve problems creatively

-MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: To contact all incoming leads

-To handle all inbound and required outbound phone calls
-To handle all communications and updates with existing investors and potential prospects
-To manage communications and keep tract of independent sales agents
-To communicate with service providers
-To help outsource sales (by finding 3rd parties that will handle the process)
-To support the marketing team by creating videos pitching the sale (if required)
-To create live webinars and video calls
-The use of your camera during work hours might be required

Compensation
BASE SALARY: US$500
2% Commissions! + Opportunity to earn shares in the company!!!

Responsibilities

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Creative Lab is TikTok’s in-house creative service, dedicated to producing best in class work on the platform throughout Europe. Based in London and with local offices throughout Europe, the Creative Lab will help and inspire brands and agencies to push creativity and partnerships on the platform.

We are looking for a hungry and talented Creative Strategist who will bring fresh, breakthrough creative to brand campaigns using the full spectrum of TikTok’s native formats, creators and culture. Alongside client briefs you’ll also create groundbreaking content and activations that establish TikTok in comms throughout Europe. Based in our Madrid office, you’ll be the go-to creative for Spanish RFP’s and work collaboratively with the creatives, strategists and producers based in the London head office. Your creative will capture the imagination of audiences, overdeliver on client briefs and set the highest possible standard for branded content not just on TikTok but throughout Social.

You will be a highly regarded, Madrid-based creative, bursting with ideas that are as strategic as they are imaginative. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of existing cultural trends, and spot a new one coming a mile off. Your ideas will be joyful, playful and progressive and they won’t rely on big budgets to disrupt social feeds. You intuitively understand how to leverage digital formats, audience culture and social influencers to drive reach and awareness. You can and do make social content yourself. Which is important because Creative Lab is as much about agile making as it is thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop original, inspiring creative that mirrors the joy and creativity of the TikTok audience using the full range of products and talent native to the channel.
Be the go-to creative strategist in Madrid, working with the local business director and sales teams to turn RFPs and proactive pitches into famous and effective campaigns.
Work into Creative Lab’s London team to develop Europe-wide campaigns and evolve what best practice looks like on TikTok.
Liaise with clients to develop a strong understanding of their requirements and objectives
Embed established TikTok culture into client work and kickstart new trends that will breakout beyond our channel.
Be both the champion and the guardian of Creative Lab principles in Spain.
Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and TikTok teams to bring great ideas and creative work to life.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in an agency environment.
A portfolio of best in class creative that connects brands with audiences in digital and beyond.
Fluent Spanish and English. Other European languages are a bonus.
Exemplary written and presentation skills that capture the audience’s imagination.
A depth of knowledge in digital culture and the audiences that populate them.
Multiple disciplines embracing the various roles required throughout a project.
Ability to think clearly and contribute to strategic discussions during the entire design process, from concept through completion.
